Yeah, there's a couple tiger supporters at work that I respect beacuase they've been mad Tiges as long as I can remember. There are a few that have popped up out've the woodwork over the last few years. Funnily enough, they're the ones with the mouths. I also remember going around to the neighbours place to watch the footy a couple years ago. His mate turns up and declares he's a mad tiger and will probably get loud etc. Anyway we're watching the game with this fool carrying on and I asked him "Who's that bloke number ..... (whatever it was)" He goes .... "Ahhh .... I don't know the names of the players." Well shut the fork up then cork head.

And for what its worth the only time I trusted the club was for the year 2000. If we were down I was always confident we could come back. We had Farmer, Neitz, Robbo, Uze and Schwarz. All capaple of turning it on and kicking bags.

While I was typing the post I had the vision of General Lever re-focussing the troops against Geelong in my head. A telling moment IMO.

At the moment I trust that these boys will give it their best shot. I can see as a team they want a flag. Whether or not their best shot will get the job done is another thing. My only trust concern is the conversion rate. If anything brings us undone it will be poor kicking, injuries or covid. It won't be lack of effort.

100% Watched soo many teams do it to us over the years.

Year after year I've been critical of our habit of blindly bombing long into the forward line. This year I can't complain.
