Sadly it is not SPORT any long saty. it is now a dog eat dog world. I miss the older days but there is no going back. One day it will probably drive me away. But as you suggest it is a tough world for very young men to operate in. I do not envy them one bit.

After 2014 I would say they are right now. Don't think it will be five years but I cannot see it happening before 2017

Well it is six games into the NBL season and Melb. United are 2 and 4 and second last. They do not publish membership numbers but I am told they are not much more than last year as the TIGERS. At this point the changing of the name and colours does not seem to be a roaring success. Then I read today that there is a group of which Andrew Gaze is part who are looking to bring back the Tigers in the next couple of seasons. Now that would be good news I would have a team to support again. Right now I have little interest in the NBL after being a Tigers member for most of the last twenty five years.

15th with 6 wins is my prediction. I have considered the draw on a number of occasions since it was released. Add in a couple of players that should increase our ability and a 50% increase over 2014 is the max. I can see. IMO we have a good chance in six games and a rough chance in another two to three. If we don't beat Adelaide in round three we could easily arrive at round eight without a win. We still have an ordinary list be it improved since 2013. I would love to be way under but I struggle to see it happening.
