It still astounds me that we can get 50k+ members for a team that has performed well in 5 years of the last 55. We must be the most deluded bunch of people in society.

This amused me, I just completed the survey and when I hit finished it told me that the Soft ware did not work and my survey was lost. Sounds very much like the team. Failed to lift off. So I sent off an email to the membership department suggesting they might not get many replies if this is the norm.
