The sad part about Flower was for most of his years the VFL only televised 2 games a weekend. And the MFC were mostly poor so we did not get alot of televised games so the footage of him by comparison to today's players is limited. Not even the general foot ball followers saw a lot of him. Except for his last year he never played finals. Finals are where reputations are really built.

Anyone know anything about the bull ants after separation from the blues? Used love watching them in the old VFA days. PS I have never heard of another sporting team called the Bull Ants.
