A number of countries have decriminalised marijuana and cannibis type drugs but has there been any significant legalising of the drugs we most associate with crime - coke, meth, ice, heroine etc ? It maybe difficult to find reliable data of the type you ask for.

Great re signing !!!!!! After the one ( so far) training session I've attended this year , I named May as my stand out contributor for the session. He looked to me like a man with a lot of footy left in him!
