  1. I reckon we missed Pedo today. With Hogan up the ground / midfield we, particularly early, didn't know where to kick. Pedo, or even Weid, if he is up to it, would give us a focus and someone for the crumbers to feed off. We cant rely on the likes of Kent, Bugge and Garlett to be major goalkickers every week.
  2. Gawn Hogan Jones The next three are tricky Lewis Petracca Clarrie - He "only" got about 20 possies but I liked the damage he did up forward. Gives us another real option.
  3. Not turning up until we were 15 minutes into the game worries me. I'll consider getting carried away if we clean up Hawthorn next week. I,ve suffered too many false dawns.
  4. On route Unfortunately I shall enjoy our victory in poor company
  5. Back in the days when the Sydney swans were standard Sunday arvo viewing, I was constantly astounded by Greg Williams ability to handball effectively out of a pack. Clarrie provides similar amazement!!! But comparisons are usually meaningless. Rather let Clarrie be his own man and just revel in the fact that we are watching the growth of a genius. Leave the comparisons until he has retired after 300 games with the MFC and is recognized as a legend.
  6. I like Frost but I'm not prepared to say he should be in just to cover golliwog head. Rather, if we're the side we are supposed to be we should dominate North and simply starve Brown of opportunities. If we cannot beat North comfortably our aspirations are ridiculous and we're [censored] for another season.
  7. Haven't watched much non MFC footy this year so it was the first time I've seen Dermie. [censored] me, is that hairstyle some sort of April Fool's joke? The poor [censored] looks like a billy goat turned upside down. FMD , what a buffoon.
  8. I had a couple of "fatigue" naps during the game but came up with Hogan Jones Garlett Oliver Petracca Tyson
  9. He was a few years ago Pro but his star has faded. Agree with your outs. ( although I think they'll both develop into consistent contributors) However if those two go I reckon Brayshaw and Tyson will be the ins.
  10. Just arrived back at The Manor - sidelined post game Petracca ( I think we're seeing the beginning of a superstar Oliver ( Jeez he's consistent) Gawn Dominated the ruck Jones Quiet in the second but willed us back in the third Harmes Thereabouts all day Vince Some wrote him off but he's a leader and maintains a bit of mongrel
  11. I shall be availing myself of Vline's ever reliable services today so am just about to head off.. I have my member lanyard (with Daisy's pic of course) nestled proudly between my bosoms and am confident of a successful day. So much so that I have made a modest investment for the Dees to win by 40+ The Lads are disappointed they can't accompany me but I have given them a bag of coca leaves to munch on while viewing from The Manor. Onward and upward!!
  12. I'd go and get it! Strange technical shite has been known to happen first round at the G.
  13. Head off now Steve. You should be able to do a decent pub crawl between Kensington and the G. Probably trip over Moonie on the bar floor of one of them.
  14. As a life member of Demonland , I didn't think I got the adds .
  15. Who or what the [censored] is Zurich? What do they do/sell?
  16. Yes he can Ethan. Saw him play in Canberra and liked him - he is capable of the heavy work. Would have liked Tyson in .
  17. Sheilas playing a bloke's game - it goes against biblical precepts!
