I haven't got this 'email' either, but for anyone who hasn't seen this yet, members will get exclusive access to tickets Tuesday 9am-1pm.

So pumped for this! I'll be there! (I need to buy tickets, but this should be a fairly ok task for the first couple of finals).

Just read this it sounds like the "barcode" is the barcode on your membership card. Can anyone confirm this?

If we win we will go to 5th and play geelong. Now to wipe their khybers would be great but if we lose then finish 7th we could play Sydney up there. F or some reasom the second maybe more preferable.

I prefer wins but as a resident of Sydney nothing would give me more pleasure than beating them at the SCG and then walking home wearing my scarf.

On holidays in Hawaii and couldn’t get the game or even score updates last night. So I’m now poolside, working up a sweat drinking birthday beers, and soaking up ALL the great good news comments on DLand.

Well done boys!  Such a great relief to be in the finals at last!  Get on a roll now lads for the next 4 games!!

Why aren't you at the snow? Confusing times for a Demon supporter.

  4. We need to be careful not to go too tall and slow against the swans.  Moving  Fritsch back is a good idea can mark and has some pace. Pedo would be a mistake (as would introducing Weid).  Frost has the speed, body and aggression to go with Buddy and Omac is more than a match for Rohan.

  5. A phrase I am not used to saying at the end of first quarter:

    "In the bag"

Some real positives from the game:

Jeffy: is showing some real effort.

    Tyson: looking improved.

Smith: (before the injury) looked poised and will only continue to improve next year.

    Salem; played a beautiful game.

    2 things:

    1. Clayton Oliver is unbelievable. He is the best player I have seen in a Melbourne jumper. Ever.

    2. If Frost can stop touching things: eg- the ball, the opposition etc, I really think he could be a player

Clarrie is terrific but better than Barrassi or Tulip yet? All I know is I cant wait to see if he is.

Frost can be a player, he is really good at getting the ball and breaking the line and can be taught the last bit (not kicking in hope, usually to the opposition).

  7. Why would we rest anyone who is fit to play?  The ladder is more volatile than Trump's twitter feed. Our absolute priority is to win at least 3 more games. Then we can think about what follows. Hogan causes headaches for the opposition and effectively won the game for us Saturday by winning his one on one.  We just cant take the Suns lightly.

I think Wines is just talking out loud at the moment, I don't think there is any chance he will leave Port.

He is musing over his possibilities but I'd say he will sign on the dotted line when he stops, he hasn't actually said he wants to leave.

He must know what he is saying, "I am open to offers".

  9. I have several theories:

    1.  I passed away 5 weeks ago and am now in Demon Heaven where we win every week.

    2. They have discovered a cure mfcss ( unlikely as I still got worried when the Crows rallied at the start of the last)

    3. We might be a good side (bearing in mind if Gawn had slotted that goal we would be 8-2).
