This is why in times like this I also follow the melbourne storm. apart from having the salary cap issue they have given me finals every year to watch. They have players that go out and give 100% every week, they back up 2 days after origin. Well thank god im away for 4 days and wont have the media to read or watch. I hope the players feel numb right now.

Nup people are finding this hilarious. Surprisingly many opposition fans hate us. Especially anyone connected to the pies would be laughing. Should be tuning into sen and hearing the dees fan ring up Finey.

wont dunn and howe be laughing.

Can we blame Gawn for missing that goal early yesterday or even jeffy or Tom for that stupid kickout to Cox. This is why 5 years ago it was easier to support them when we were getting done every week. Yes they broke our heart but at least we knew they were crap. We didnt have to get nervous about finals. This hurts big time. A shocking way to miss finals. at least we are giving people a laugh
-
Just think of those games where we let the opposition teams score right near the end of the quarter. You know what makes this worse, Tigs finish top 4 and the scum got in.
-
.5 That was all. [censored]. We are still the laughing stock of this competition. Feel like going down to the club and rioting or doing something. I hope this burns in the players gut all pre season. I would have loved to see us have a crack at port.
-
If the crows snaffle one back and lose by 23 are we still out? By the way last week hurt us badly letting the lions come back.
-
bloody hell this is torture. again I am picturing goody, PJ and I reckon our captains will be watching. What a stupid scenario for us sitting through this so see if we play finals.
-
17 points surely we are back in 8th spot.
-
This is ridiculous. I don't have foxtel so im on the afl website checking the scores. Come on crows just kick a couple of goals.
-
I feel like getting on social media and blasting those players but I know that wont help. I dont even know which players im angry at. Maybe all of them. Maybe just vent my anger to the clubs account. You know what annoy me. At the best and fairest people that will attend will still clap loudly and cheer for these players that we are angry at right now. This just sucks.
-
I swear to god if I see our players on the news tomorrow night in some stupid dress up laughing I will be so angry. These guys should be angry and hurting. It makes me mad thats its us supporters that rick up every week, pay our membership and still get nothing valuable in return. But these guys will still collect there big paychecks. That my vent. Argh! I would have loved to have a crack at Port. I reckon we would have been a chance to beat them. also I know we shouldnt be relying on them but any chance Adelaide could kick straight.
-
Im picturing goodwin watching this game right now. What would he be thinking. I wonder how many of the other boys are watching? I hope this is hurting them and making them angry.
-
uh oh
-
If there are karma footy gods freo will kick the last 2 goals and win
-
I wonder how scathing and angry Peter Jackson was after the loss. Here is a guy that has come in and tried to repair a broken club. Gee he must have been frustrated. As Hamish said to Max on gameday today, if you just won yesterday we wouldn't have to go through these scenarios and you wouldn't have to wait until tonight to see if you play finals.
-
Gee the suns are a rabble. only 3 goals scored in 4 quarters. 35 scoring shots to 5. I know he isn't responsible for his team mates choices but hasn't Ablett led that team into a rabble. I know he gave up the captaincy last season but the culture has never been that good. He has probably packed up and come to victoria already.

Can someone tell me why the moronic pies supporters kept booing watts? I noticed it more in the 2nd half. Is it because of him kicking the winning goal in queens birthday or does it stem back to when he made his debut and they think he complained or sooked a bit about the treatment he copped?
-
Well at least 1 melbourne player seems to be hurting and I bet he really is. The co-captain, who did all he could to save the Demons' ship from going down and condemning them to a nervous 24 hours to see if they'd hold onto the top eight, was shattered. He emerged from a rub down frustrated, annoyed, and determined to make sure the 16-point loss counted for something if they got the chance to play on. "I feel sick in the stomach to think that quite possibly tomorrow night the year is done," Jones told AFL.com.au. "The difficult thing to swallow now is it's not in our control any more. "How do you put that into the words? It's a waiting game to see what the results are tomorrow, whether our season continues. "It's an uncomfortable situation, but it is what it is. You can't think about that now." It's so frustrating to not grab hold of our own destiny in terms of being able to control what we could today – win, and we're in," he said. "Now, we're in the lap of the Gods.

Melbourne there is a team called Geelong playing tonight. They are playing for 2nd spot and a home final. The difference is to you today is they have gone out and will win it. They didn't choke, they have actually laid tackles and used the ball well. Because they are hungry and desperate for that home final. Just saying. On another note Port is giving the suns a bath.
-
Look he had a shocking shocking game today. It seemed like the Tom of old. That kick out where Cox marked it was horrible. Tom should never take the kick outs. also his kicking for goal has been great lately. He should have gone back and had a shot for goal, instead he tried to pass, butchered it and turned it over.
-
Yeah I must admit I was a bit surprised. I did think maybe send that email out when we have definitely qualified. It is what it is. Did anyone else see Lyndon Dunn after the game when the siren went, he double fisted the air and ran to the pies fans high fiving them. Yes I know he would have been happy to win and maybe knock us out of the finals but its not like they just won to play finals. Gawn and Viney are on game day tomorrow. Will be interesting to see what they have to say.
-
Yeah not sure, I mean they still get to collect there massive pay checks while us supporters fork out every year for our memberships and for what?
-
I knew those losses against hawks, geelong, freo and the 2 against nth would come back to bite us. Even geelong we should have won. In a way I hope we dont make finals and this hurts ther players for the next 6 months.
