Imagine going from reigning premiers to maybe bombing out then losing 2 key players. It would feel like the neeld days without the success.

So after our success the players said during the preseason & at the beginning our motivation is to win the gf in front of our fans & win it on the MCG. Now I understand winning back to back flags is difficult but has the motivation dropped?

Goodwin just needs to show yesterdays Sunday footy show where they highlighted what we did wrong.

Although I find a little comfort in knowing Essendon were celebrating there 20 year premiership reunion there with the players so there day was ruined today.
