JUST IN | We're hearing there have been delays and cancellations for some flights from Melbourne to Sydney today. Collingwood President Jeff Browne is one of the passengers impacted and is currently stuck in Melbourne. Gee you'd be annoyed. Although it gives me a chuckle.

I also wonder if we missed Nathan Jones and his leadership. Yes I know Jonesy wasn't on the field much last year and Max was great but I just wonder if May/Melksham fight would have happened or if we did get complacent whether Jones would have not allowed to let the players get ahead of themselves.

A year ago we were celebrating, what a difference a year makes. I stopped watching during the final quarter. I went back to watching coverage of the Queen & seeing David Beckham stand in that queue.

Gee I hope our boys are watching this and hurting badly. Id like to think we would have put up more of a fight than Brisbane tonight. I just want the grand final to be over, bring on cricket and put this season behinds us.

Well hopefully Fagan can recreate his magic at half time like last week. But gee watching Geelong they are just free everywhere and watching them kick it into there forward line where they spread and not have 3 talls all jump for it. But I fear this game is going to turn boring. I think the queens coffin watching will be more interesting.

I know we were a bit banged up but I just would have loved to have had a crack at geelong tonight. I'm fairly sure we would have bought in Tom so that would have changed up our forward line & you just never know. Anyway Im hoping we are gutted the players are hurting just as bad.

I hope Max and some of the others go along gf day and use the hurt to motivate them over the summer. They can realise what they are missing out on by losing playing on the G gf day in front of Melbourne fans.
