  1. I support your point of vie, but these young players need to learn that winning feeling to make them realize what is all about!
  2. HA HA. HA Someone else told me he was posing as a GHOST
  3. Can anyone please advise if Dunbar is still at the club? Please advise..Thank you
  4. We don't have any Doctors to keep an eye on those sort of things now!
  5. I believe this guy is the most important and worthwhile investment we have made, possibly ever. The team of Neeld & Misson could be the best move we have ever made. Thanks Gary Lyon.
  6. I wouldn't mind if they came on board, possibly as individuals, bring their companies as sponsors-BHP or Legend, on the front of the guernsey or both. They could even bring down to AAMI a shipment of gold, iron ore, or uranium, if hey like. Our players could become ambassadors, Similar to Judd/ Pratt scenario. Both companies mine in ourback places and gaining the likes of Liam Jurrah could enable them to assist them with such things as negotiations with the indigenous people. IMO- a very smart move, if someone at the club took this up.I'd sooner a can of GOLD than a can of worms.
  7. I have two very influental names whom are avid Dee supporters whom are both currently unseen but very, very powerful: Jac Nasser--refer http://www.bhpbillit...es/default.aspx and Mr Joseph Gutnick- a very close admirer of Jimma and former President, refer to his company aptly named Legend, http://www.lgdi.net/...27ce911253e4214 which one can notice is owned (15%) by one of te world's richest men-George Soros. Either one can continue or start a relationship with he Dees IMO.Their money and astuteness would always be appreciated, again IMO. And, by the way, if it is not either of them, then we should definately try to gain both on board, the Dee Wagon..
  8. Well said- you put a great smile on my face when I read your post
  9. Thanks for pinting this out.I was overseas when this drama surfaced.
  10. History will show that since Gary Lyon stepped in just on 2 1/2 months ago he has restructured the football department to become one of the best strategic moves ever in an AFL team !
  11. I just hope Bartram plays his 100th game in 2012, he deserves at least that
  12. Just announced he has just signed to punt for Detroit.
  13. Billy, it never hurts to ask! Also the club was under the pump for the whole year due to the saga.If it can be determined that certain people have not acted in the best interests, then they should be fined, we compensated or both
  14. As one of the Mods for this site and having such an excellent writer as WJ alongside you all- is it a worthwhile thought to ask you to write to the AFL showing our distate of what has occured and furthermore asking the AFL for a full investigation. We as a club have been treated quite shabbily in this whole saga. Rogue suggested that we ask for further compensation. I can understand that, especially the interuption it caused the whole club in 2011.Please consider?
  15. Hope you are correct, you have raised some good points to back up your point of view.Good on ya !
  16. Not a big factor in saying you are going out on a limb to say Richmond will pick him up. The Herald Sun nominated it back in July. By the way, he is 176 cms tall
  17. Good insight from Rawlings of what is currently happening at the Dees.He stated that it was very serious around the place getting into the start of pre season training. He said he was offered another role in Victoria( Ox stated Collingwood))whom he knocked back to join Mark Neeld He said he was extremely impressed with Neeld's philosophy to take the club forward. He said the club was currently challenging the players to succeed. With regards to fitness he said certain players were in the elite level and felt that others were not up to it at this stage.Seen the list as being very talented and especially his group the back line. Stated they had a very different game plan to implement requiring players to being very versatile.Game plan will be structured. In closing the interviewers concluded he was very impressive and the Dees had obtained one of the strongest coaching panels around.
  18. Actually with the dramatic changes we have made for 2012 we would not be able to cope managing him and his knee issues. No Doctors on site.
  19. Agree with your point. However, never ever does a good reporter give up his or her sources! Sadly he has shown up Cam and others as being either gullible, stupid or both!
  20. On SEN tonight, The Ox and Frank interviewed Michael Warner from the Daily Telegraph/Herald Sun, who broke the news on the Scullys. He said there is more to come and it seems that the integrity and credibility will be really questioned. More news in tomorrow's paper!
  21. I think I'll join them on the same page and state that I now accept that Fevola will NOT be on our list in a few weeks. O well these are the breaks as they say.
