Give us some credit Garry
Some like Eddie are so one eyed about their club and they play into it. Others like Garry go the other way and are overly critical so as not to appear biased. I don't think that is reflective of his true feelings about the team/club but it is frustrating as it plays into the stereotype about the club (soft underbelly, pushovers etc) Also he's probably been burnt putting his neck out for the club before so would be very cautious about how much praise he dishes out. I hate it but I get it.

POSTGAME: Rd 12 vs Collingwood
We've improved our ball movement dramatically since playing Richmond and Geelong. They are both playing better too but I still feel we lost those games rather than they won. The Lions game was there for the taking too. The Port game is the one really poor performance this year, even the West Coast game way back in March we were beaten by a better team but I don't think we were embarrassed. I'd like to see us back it up against the Dogs and Saints in the next couple of weeks as well but I think we've been relatively consistent this year Port game aside.

GAMEDAY: Rd 12 vs Collingwood
I'm surprised the Pies are favourites here. It was evens until the sides were announced so I guess Gawn/Jacko out and their cast of ins swings it in their favour I was hoping to back them at over $2 to at least make some money if we lose, we should win this one but everyone knows how that goes with us. I hate these late starts, I already have the pregame nerves ?

The Secret Behind Petracca’s “[censored] You” Season
Thanks to those who pm'd me the article I love it he is such an honest player without being obnoxious. I love the fact he is using meditation/mindfulness hopefully he sets an example for the rest of the side to follow as I think this has been one of the keys to the Tigers recent success.

I don't agree that it's the same thing but each to their own

Max Gawn Ruled Out vs Pies
1st year player/small forward vs captain/ruckman/top 3 player Edit - let's say we didn't have the luxury of resting our best players

Max Gawn Ruled Out vs Pies
I agree. It's annoying though to hear it happened late in the Adelaide game. Gawn already went in injured, was getting smashed all game and has been running himself into the ground and getting smashed all year. Hindsight is a wonderful thing but surely he could've sat out most of the last quarter after we kicked the first couple (I am assuming it happened after that)

We were 3-5 we didn't have the luxury of resting players. If we were 5-3 it might've been a different story

Zac Williams
Which is why they'll probably have salary cap to burn. They're pretty much pushing Brown out the door, who else is chewing up their cap? Over recent years they've offered big money to Dusty, Kelly and De Goey and have fewer veterans on their list each year.

Fixture 2020 (COVID Edition)
And we would've played in Tassie too if the AFL had their way! It's not that they're trying to screw us it's just that they think we're a minnow who won't complain when theyre kicked around - and they're right

Wallace: Dees Stunted Weideman’s Development
Up to 2018 he was competing with Hogan and TMac for a spot. Last year he was given two runs of games and was dropped and/or injured. This year they waited too long to play him but got him in the side after 4 or 5 games. I doubt he'll be dropped anytime soon considering his form this season and the significant drop off of TMac. Wallace is partially right, he's only a few weeks too late. The only way we have really stunted his growth is by playing him in the ruck pre-season when Gawn was injured and not playing him earlier this year.

Jason Taylor
Nah we just wouldn't hear from him for 4 years. The 5th year "what happened? Can't win the 5th to break the record huh?"
