We need speed, run and agility, in our forwardline... so no Tracca or TMc. TMc can start there... but I want him high, up in the midfield, to take marks around the centreline. Tracc I want him out of the F50. I want him to start in the Pivot. and rotate from the bench. He can run forward in play, but I don't want him starting in the forward 50. We need plenty of speed, inside 50. A selection of, Weide, Preuss, Keilty, can be the talls inside 50 IMO we need more marking dominance across the centreline... with today's defensive press... the '666' rule... and the extended goal-square. Easy to say when someone has just attacked you ??? If someone swiped your face as you walked past and caught you unsuspecting, would you cower or would you be aggressive in responding ? This might be the circumstances of what took place ? When I was a bullied kid I would have coward. My older wiser self would be aggressive back. call it PTSD, or whatever you want, but the past torments do weigh high on the agenda of everyone... even Police with PTSD. Not everyone is as inwardly calm, and well centred, as that ideology requires.

I think the club knows what we've got with Weide... But I sense we want to see some more of Keilty. so I reckon Keilty stays in. ... and Weide I think will get another game as the number 1 forward with Casey this week. I reckon Weide will come back in fresh, for the bigger games, against the Eagles and Giants.

Imagine TMc on one wing and Frosty on the other with Pertracca in the centre... a strong marking centreline. with Lockhart on a flank Hannan opposite, & Keilty in CHF. Weide deep with Hunt. And another small speedster in the pocket. Salem off the B/Flank.

Max isn't the best player in the league... and he isn't up to last years backend of 2018 season form Yet... but he's improved on his early season form, the last 2 weeks. He still not hitting enough targets at the moment with his taps, yet... Last year he was virtually palming the ball to team-mates. He still doesn't take enough marks around the ground. IMO, Max... could be taking 10 or more marks per-game.

I didn't see this game.. I listened to it. But I am concerned about how some of our players perceive of how they are going. and how we judge them... effecting their own perceptions of themselves. It's not about the force... it's about the attitude... and the thinking that Law/right, is on ones side, or the other. So they can 'carry-on', with these beliefs. The attitude to treat people this way, and the thinking that either has the right to start up, an in your face physical aggravation... is the problem. That Hawks man is the beginnings of trouble... We can see how he acts and responds with utter contempt. The LACK of respect for fellow people, is the beginnings of Conflict. The desire to cause conflict is the problem. To allow him, because he is, or isn't, in some way disabled ??? is only endorsing, and embedding, his Problems. IMO this Hawk person's 'inner dis-empowerment', is the issue... and because of this, he looks to assert Hurt on others. to feel some personal Power.
