They are taught leadership etc etc. They get to wear the pips etc. Still,out of all this manufacturing there will only be a number of REAL leaders. The ones you would follow into battle and the ones that have that "something" that turns a fight, rallies the troops, brings them home. For every one of these there are any number of well qualified managers in uniform. Theres a difference.
