  1. Flagmantle friend thinks theyโ€™re missing Lobb as much as Mundy The former has been dropped by Footscray this week while the latter remains prematurely retired
  2. footscray? them? filth gc17? pear puddy tatts? crom? hawks tiggas i've got a fair bit of uncertainty as to how this round will play out fair whack of even teams
  3. nope could well play on in 2024 with the excellent form he's been in
  4. i'd rather try and pinch one of their best mids - anderson would be ideal i'd take lukosious over king, who is expected to sign an extension to take him thru to free agency
  5. it was never in doubt
  6. i'd be amazed if naicos doesn't win this and the aflca award, which is far greater 'reward' than something awarded by the maggots
  7. he's a mid rotation player
  8. i reckon flagmantle are every chance of dropping down to 15th on the ladder, which would be pick 4
  9. pure random conjecture and rampant speculation
  10. espn power rankings - https://www.espn.com.au/afl/story/_/id/37956903/afl-draft-power-rankings-july-2023-jasper-chellappah-allies-dominate-top-20-jed-walter-closes-harley-reid so they have duursma
  11. i agree that we need to stock up with class - and this year is the opportunity to do so, potentially - but petracca and oliver are top tier mids and should be for some time to come players are at their peak for much longer these days, in part due to the increased high performance culture around afl clubs
  12. based on today's casey game, no changes
  13. i would presume that was the case as such, it's hard to see any significant changes coming down the pipe for friday
  14. he's been stationed i50 and only just had his first major lead up the ground to mark, handed it off to white who bombed it straight to chandler with two blokes on him tomlinson is an awful kick - under zero pressure he kicks it straight to oppo's tallest bloke on the ground, who drops it, and the rove ended up with harmes marking just outside the square for a goal
  15. completely different midfield set-up for casey without either jj or woey 2.0 there jvr gets a goal out the back; he's been very quiet
  16. yeah, but which makes you happier
  17. excellent, it's the pom commentator good caller
  18. very interested to see where they play joel smith - you'd think with all of jvr, jefferson, schache down forward we'd be top heavy with him there, and with turner out we might be a titch light on for talls down back his versatility is so important as to why he remains on the fringes of afl level hoping to see laurie move thru the midfield a bit more today
  19. wow, a lot more negative than my take on it, and the 'best players' chosen really surprises me our defensive zone and set-up was elite it was a grind as everyone expected
  20. his pressure remains elite he seems lost offensively under no circumstances should his role in the side be in question
  21. 6: petracca 5: may 4: salem 3: viney 2: rivers 1: melksham
  22. their membership and crowd numbers have always been through the roof; second to meth coke, they're the biggest team in the competition and have been for a long, long time they're great to watch i actually think moore is their most important player over naicos
  23. what...nothing? they've made one prelim so far and are raging premiership favourites in his third year; he's a good coach but he's not the messiah they play a fantastic brand of footy that's seen them sneak a few wins that they probably should have lost let's see how many premierships they've got in seven years time
  24. meh, played during the 'bye' era doesn't count
  25. it's gotta be three you'd think based on the de goey precedence
