TMac to the wing to play on McIntosh Melksham out, M Brown out
-
Petty only played a half for Casey. Same as Weed and B Brown. If he’s coming back from injury he might not be ready yet. Goody has said that both Brown and Weed are at least a couple if weeks away. The next best ‘tall’ defender was probably J Smith. He may well get the call up as May’s replacement. I suspect they’ll bring in Hibberd and just play Lever and Tomlinson as the talls.

I thought he was ok without dominating.

I didn’t try DJ but i think you could have. I didnt notice any barriers.

Strong mark to Willy but the kick misses.

Bedford crumbs, hands to M Brown for another goal. Daw has beed good in the ruck. On top in the centre since that move. Willy soccer one through back to 11 points.
-
M White with a strong mark in the goal square. kicks it. Casey by 11 points
-
M Brown with a strong mark. Kicks a great goal. Casey by 4 points.

Deakin looks to have rolled his ankle quite badly. Now walking around the bench loooks ok
-
Laurie and Bowie have done a few very nice things in the last few minutes.
-
VDB is on the field.
-
Casey started well and had the ball streaming forward only to find a way to stuff it up. Willy get one on the counter attack.
-
Casey will do well to hang on here. Strong breeze favouring the Willy end now.
-
Petty looks to have been on limited game time too. He didn’t go back on after 1/2 time
-
3/4 time Casey by 2 points. M Brown landed heavily in a marking contest and appeared to hurt his left wrist. He stayed on. Despite the wind the conditions aren't too bad. Maybe I’m pessimistic (I am) but we’d better hope for a a few more games without injuries in the seniors. Not many putting their hand up here IMO. Hibberd and Daw the best from an MFC perspective.

Willy ruckman no. 11 is too good for Bradtke. Too big and too strong
-
Good smother from Baker leads to a goal from Quigley. Casey by 3 points
-
And now Willy get one after a poor kick from Lockhart.
-
Willy have had a couple of chances but kicked points. They are well on top at the moment.
-
I’d guess we’re well down in contested footy and clearances.
-
Goal to Casey through Foot. Willy look harder and stronger around the ball.

Centre bounces have mostly been made up of Casey mids. Willy with an excellently worked goal. scores level
