That goal in 2018. I felt like I'd been to hell and back that day. I still remember when Dean was lining up my vision felt really cloudy (no substance jokes). It literally felt like the 12 years was crushing me and then.. BT: "If he kicks this goal, Melbourne will play finals, I reckon. He comes in, oooh very close to the man on the mark, long ball, it's a goal!" Clarry and Gus embrace him, it may have just been a regular celebration but to me it always looked like those young men wanted it as much as we did. I watched this game at my folks house and they still have a Foxtel box so I IQd it or whatever and to this day I haven't allowed them to delete it from the hard drive. One of the greatest days. As for BT, it was some of the best worst commentary ever.
