How is this definitive though? There a few still shots? Needs to be in motion and how can anyone say from the review it clearly misses? if it did it would have been overturned? Not saying no THBT but there's people saying the tech isn't good enough and then people saying it clearly wasn't touched and if that were the case it would have been sufficient evidence to overturn, if they still didn't do it then there is corruption happening.

I think it should be benefit if the doubt is a goal until proven otherwise. Like Cricket or Soccer and Tennis where the ball has to full cross the line.
