Where is the room for incentives to improve? bonuses should always be available, just like they were when Norm was around. Only the Senior Team got paid back then, you didn’t give up your spot easily. The last 2 years have shown us all that the mere dangling of a place in the finals is not enough to get this list in the right frame of mind.
