  1. Johnson new ball. Bang! 198-4 Younis knocks up a ton then falls lbw to Johnson. Run rate a tick under 2.50; crowd: 17
  2. Well, at least the latter part of that comment was right.
  3. As was I in that last few minutes v Bulldogs.
  4. Yeah, I see a lot of Hodge in him, good call. Over the moon having Tyson in the red & blue.
  5. Yep. Sometimes a bit untidy with his disposal. He appears to have a few strings to his bow including nous/smarts - hopefully just a progression in his development. Certainly his hardness in the clinches and reactiveness at stoppages is a huge plus in his overall game.
  6. Congratulations should also go to Bangladesh on hosting a pretty good tournament; despite the failings of the Aussies.
  7. Indeed. I'm more concerned who is in and out for UF these days.
  8. After a round of golf at Apollo Bay last year, dropped off to the Hawks? Ground and watched them play against Otway Districts. Interesting battle, hawks home in a canter. Gillette would do ok down there as a sponsor....fair to say manscaping is definitely not in their repertoire. Entertaining slog in the pig pen in the middle.
  9. can never be too many
  10. Too many bananas?
  11. Those who dislike them, may take forever.
  12. Indeed suspended. He can mull over his wrong doing whilst peeling back a banana or thousand. I may have overlooked the membership statement - I don't recall that, what I do recall was his tipping point if they didn't pick up Hogan. Phew that was a close one. JH's back injury may have tipped him.
  13. I hope not, that would prove me wrong! I suggested that there would be no tipping point, that all with a deep love and affection for their club, to see it rise again will stick fat. Probably caught the last plane out of Melbourne Sunday night for a last minute organised vacation for 5 months. Will be back in time for trade talk.
  14. Brilliant! Potato prices are skyrocketing ATM - so scallop potatoes will be on the back burner. Apologies for topic change.....back to the bananas..
  15. Should be competitive at least...
  16. Let me re-phrase that old dee... I'm hopeful of McDonald and Garland getting up....out of bed. And perhaps Viney.
  17. Duminy was very creative with the willow. Match winner.
  18. That may well be true. I'm hopeful of McDonald and Garland getting up. And perhaps Viney.
  19. Speaking of the blowtorch, wouldn't mind the Swans bouncing back against the Pies this week. Would love to see the Pies remain on the bottom after two rounds....
  20. He should focus on how much North have ramped up their FD and if it's working. Maybe he could put together something good, seeing they've been tipped for top 4 by many and the fact their club has high expectations!
  21. I agree. And I'm happy with the decision on Tyson. Very happy. But I think we can make more improvements in the meantime. More risks, lowering eyes without our tall timber forwards, and quicker decision making - less hesitation. I'd like if we had our best back 6 in too.
  22. I liken it to therapy. Sometimes it's cleansing. Depends upon the magnitude of the loss though. I think tonight will be more cleansing. More positives to take out basically.
  23. I can.
  24. 475 seems like a timely target.
  25. Absolute Jaffa from Morkel to Warner on 99, but he survived and managed back to back centuries this Test. 20th time an Australian has accomplished this feat. Now sit back and enjoy the fireworks for the next 45min by Warner and Watson. Edit:- Make it 20mins on second thoughts...
