  1. when you just can't avoid kane {normal first option} you can at least use the mute button
  2. so sad, literally crying into my scotch Pies fans erupt over AFL Grand Final ticket ‘disgrace’ as ‘guaranteed’ seats go begging still, doesn't say much about a gfg ... someone is cleaning up
  3. my wish is that fitsrroy take out the flag. and zorko and maynard take out each other in a head-to-head clash in the first minute.
  4. but he played on the chb who was not the bears regular chb mckay was ff on fb andrews
  5. convert 0 to 8 = 2823 ... that's more like it
  6. something can be an opinion and wrong. no semantics needed. just spend 5 minutes on social media
  7. umps in both pf's having a mare how will they find a competent ump for the gf?
  8. umps doing their bit ... again
  9. sorry mate, i'm all booked out for two years on the speaking circuit. thanks for the thought though
  10. it's collingwood, must be a "football action"
  11. you are making an assumption both players are on good brass they may not be (due to risk and long (ish) contracts they may have been on frontloaded contracts so, maybe you could tell us their contract positions other than the obvious contract end date?
  12. surely you are not suggesting the arc is some sort of secretive organisation that doesn't have to be transparent? if there is nothing to hide why not show the footage?
  13. and i'm sure maynard wouldn't have ...
  14. guess that media oversaturation and over hyping happens when you have 1800 accredited afl journos plenty of other reasons too, i know
  15. only said it was too restrictive blood streaming everywhere - sure drop of blood from small scratch - no ymmv
  16. don't disagree just making the point that one incident (max was just one) and the whole media narrative changes but the afl media is just a dog eat dog subculture and it aint gonna change
  17. what's fragile is the media's reporting max's set shot doesn't hit the post and the narrative is totally different they would be forensically viewing the video for a 100 different plays where carlton choked just ignore the media, they only exist for the clickbait and to mess with your senses
  18. i don't understand why we have such a restrictive blood rule these days. the hiv days hysteria is surely passe the nrl is much bloodier, yet they don't send players off for just a drop of blood
  19. well show me the footage you are talking about
  20. he's got to get attention somehow cos otherwise he's pretty irrelevant and ignorable
  21. well i think the point is that it has to be pretty conclusive to overide i just can't see anything conclusive and i'm trying to be as neutral as i can
  22. well i would just like to see any footage that conclusively shows a touch. enough to overide a hard call by all umps. i'm open-minded. just want to see the proof. the so-called proof video (shown above) provided by the mro (supposedly) is simply not conclusive. over to you
  23. on the footage above, and watching in slo-mo and frame by frame i see no finger bending i see no ball deviation i can't therefore see any conclusive evidence to overturn all umpires decisions, who didn't even refer it to arc very surprised the press hasn't picked up on it cost the game????
  24. given there are about 800 listed players, that is >2 journos per player astounding
