  6. i didn't know it was port's responsibility to do the cop's job as long as they weren't hiding him or encouraging him to hide he technically wasn't a fugitive anyway, i don;t think the courts have handed out their punishments yet (assuming cops charge him). he might cop a fair whack yet.
  7. it's a fair point it. caps would also be better advertising/branding because they are more likely to be worn and therefore seen on more occasions. people wear caps all year round and in many more situations.

  19. thks, wyl. just realised why i was confused. my previous employee used to have a kids xmas party at luna park that plus having a seniors moment - lol
  20. so i have got it mixed up it seems. my gs asked me when the luna park day was (don't know where he heard about it) and i (mis)assumed it was an end of year xmas thingy. thanks, sbf, i'll re-ask the question in the new year (if necessary)
  21. no need to get personal. i'm sure you can do better than that my point re guevara was that he was more interested in guerrilla warfare than genuine revolutionary activities and responsibilities. he preferred to cover himself in blood rather than genuine revolution and just became a constant mercenary albeit a marxist mercenary. he may have been a poster boy to intellectual socialist fan-boys but hardly a "great" revolutionary as you claimed. imho opinion of course. the article i referenced was just one i came across and i wasn't necessarily endorsing all he said, it was just to reference a different perspective . there are many other che-critical articles out there. no probs with castro being described as a great revolutionary, though ultimately he failed
