his head didn't tilt back with respect to his body. sure, his whole body tilted back (and hit the ground) but his head stayed in line with his body with no independent movement of the head which you would expect if it was flush. the chin is the lowest part of the head and yes his shoulder made chin contact but it was minor and his body took the majority of the impact.

"flush on the chin" is a bit of an exaggeration, moonie more like grazed the chin. if it was flush on the chin his head would have whiplashed and he would have been out cold. the vast bulk of the impact was taken on his body

the real problem is probably not even plain old anxiety, knowing how clubs like to spin things......and i doubt it is a "well-being issue" whatever the f that is. to suggest he is not being penalised by being omitted from playing stretches credibility, especially when he turns up for training this week. seems no-one these days knows what a spade is.......

i don't think that's true a bat/pad noise (or bat/ground) can be the same as a bat/ball noise. they are generally separated by the synchronising of the video with snicko as it is rare that both occur at exactly the same sub second (i.e. video frame) and of course cricket has hot spot to further clarify

yes and no. I'm sure when a doctor examines a possible acl injury he/she doesn't ask the player for permission to tell the coach what his/her diagnosis was. So, somewhere there is a line drawn where he/she would ask for permission

it's not just crowd noise, players close by will make noise and even hit/touch the goal posts........but we shall see. i hope they have better slo-mo cameras to synchronise with the audio as in cricket. the current camera frames per second (and resolution) wouldn't seem to be adequate
