Bruce lasted one comment. “ Collingwood start quickly. Don’t they?”
  2. Key factor will be money. Saves all the extra flights and hotels etc for 2 clubs. That is what the AFL will concentrate on.

Bruce doing it again, isn’t he?

    Including finals yes.
  5. Metricon and Gabba are free on the Sunday we are playing.

How can you tell he is not close, when there is nothing to base his form on? I thought he showed a bit against Eagles and now has too many name players ahead of him and I include Kossie as a name, even though he is new. Maybe Toby gets a look in during the 20 day crush. I would love to see JJ get a chance then too. Sparrow might be another,

    We still have Bedford.
  8. In the moon boot ET and you will be back predicting trades and draft picks in no time.

Seems a bit strange they would pick there, when they will have a 5 hour round trip in a bus when they play at Metricon and 3 hour round trip to Gabba. However, if they feel more comfortable in Maroochydore and prefer the facilities there, that is their call. So good luck, Go Dees and keep winning.

    You can't.
  13. Disposal back to our best.

Carlton appear well Coached. Whether they win or lose today, they are playing well and continually finding loose men up forward. They appear to know exactly what they are doing and are an improved side.
  15. Actually quite surprised at the level of confidence on here. We have already dropped two games we should have won. They have been bashed like we were the week before and I expect them to come out firing. They also have a pretty smart Coach, who adapts well to the situation facing the team. We will have to play well to win.
  16. He is great, don’t you agree?
  17. Foxtel IQ3, I use the word tape, being an old fuddy duddy, instead of record.

Hope you are right, but I think you might be wrong. At least Nev will feel young next week, the Hawks have 7 players in the likely side who are 31 or older.
  19. Durwayne Russell has to be the worst and most annoying commentator on air. Every ordinary bit of play is “spectacular, awesome, magnificent, massive, unbelievable, superb” or any other over the top adjective he can think of. It is infuriating.
  20. Disappointing, we win a game and I tape the 9 Sunday Footy show and just when it is time for our game wrap up, Andrews comes on for more bad news and there is then nothing about the Dees. Oh well, we will just have to win our next game.
  21. Having effectively had 4 games in 5 years, I wonder if his body, other than his calves, is pretty fresh and will allow him to play several more years. Here’s hoping, as yes he is all class.

Agree. He can also run his man all over the ground and get free much like Hogan did.

Agree. I am worried about Nev as age seems to be getting him. He was never quick, but got to contests and could negate his opponents. He is slower now and struggling. I think sadly he will struggle to be in the side soon. Just on Gawn’s tap, while he was superb yesterday IMO he should not be tapping the ball close to the pack near opposition goals. It is just too dangerous and he should be belting it our way to clear the area, which gains ground and gives us the chance to break it at least force a contest and bit further out from opposition goal.
  24. Hopefully we are raising this behind the scenes.
  25. They tried their best. Totally inconsistent. Ignored several holding the balls in front of our goals in first half and then plucked them continually for the Suns .
