Look, I'm the first to agree with you. But how long has this been going on. We 'rebuilded' the club during Barassi's 5 year plan. Swooper got us to the pointy end in the finals. After that he said that he couldnt get any more out of the playing group with the talent they had. He was our best coach since Norm Smith. I pencilled in 10 or 11 win definate wins this year and had us 2-2 at this point. The playing group to be a premiership side has gone and the next competitive phase wont be for another 7 seven years. Tough i know but you have to be realistic.

Well that was a complete waste of time and petrol money! Travelling 90 minutes to see that lame excuse for a contest. I know the club wants supporters to attend games but how long can you keep going to the footy to have that CRAP dished up by professionals that are earning more money than the Prime Minister. I'm giving 'em one more week! It's not the losing that hurts, it's the lack of any heart. The ineptness of the forward line to give a yelp was pathetic. Neitz and Robertson should have played their last game. It was embarrassing. Bartram was tackled every time he got the ball. Bruce kicks like a mule. On a positive note Davey and Wheatley put in. And at least Austin had a crack. We should have won that game. No excuses. There are too many interchanges. Matthew Whelan, Jared Rivers and Nathan Carroll should play the whole game. How can you get continuity when the players are only on the ground for 5 minutes at a time? The lack of any support in the crowd is testament to where the club is heading. Paul Gardner you are wrong. Even with success on and off the ground, the Melbourne Footy Club is headed for oblivion (Gold Coast)

Think people are being a tad harsh on Jeff White!!! Perhaps we should have gotten rid of Jamar instead of Jolly (now a premiership player!!!) Fair enough Sylvia is a dud and Warnock never kicked on. Can take or leave the others, never been that impressed with Green, Bruce, Robbo. Would rather have Heath Scotland.

James Frawley should never get another senior game. He only played last year because we had no-one else!!! He kicks the ball like i did in Grade 3 and is 5 minutes behind the play. I reckon his cousins would have been a better bet (Danny's girls or even Anita for that matter!!!) He's another Chris Johnson bit worse!!!

You cant go past no 3. Think of the history and champions that have worn (and is wearing now) - Henry Coles, Gerard Healy, Garry Lyon, Clint Bizzell and now the boy with the million dollar smile, Clint Bartram.

The current coaching panel is not to blame. They have to start from this year. I mean, why did we get rid of our best tall back - Fergie - for too many years Daniher, Fagan and Cameron hung all their hopes on Nicho!!!!! So I reckon it's a recruiting problem for tall players. Why delist Shane Neaves, Chris Lamb and Fergie?? Nathan Carroll continues to punch above his weight and please dont tell me Ben Holland is the answer!!!!!!

Sylvia is not in out best 30. The games I've seen him play at Sandy have been awful. and probably the worst thing he did was at the Dome against the Bulldogs, puncturing Fergies lung and thus ending his career at Melbourne. As for Green, he picks up his 20odd possession game but doesnt 'hurt' the opposition

It is a shame that Nathan Carroll has to pick up the Best forward each week. Ben Holland is not the answer. Given the list there is only Brad Miller and Jared Rivers with any height that can play down there. Clint Bartram and Matthew Whelan will add some run though. We have been deviod of a 'lead up 'CHF for years. Some one that demands the footy. Brisbane payers know where to kick the ball going forward - to Jonathon Brown!!! (now Travis can kick to him!!) Why don't Neitz and Robertson DEMAND the footy??? Matthew Bate will be a welcome inclusion this week if fit. The most disappointing about last Sunday was the rhetoric given in the press conferences especially by the Captain. The footy club wants people to go to the games this year, well after that effort, playing better isnt good enough. They need to win. Nothing else should be tolerated. Coaching staff should get tough and get players back playing with arrogance of a few years ago!!!
