Can't wait for our Round 20 match. Who can try to lose the best? lol I'm not usually so pessimistic, but will we honestly try to lose this match? I wouldn't have thought that West Coast would be eligible for the 1st Draft pick anyway... Am I wrong?

Nothing said it more about our courage and determination of Paul Johnson's chase down the members wing to finally tackle down Justin Sherman. I thought he played a great match today. There were so many memorable moments that showed absolute passion my chest swelled with pride. Lets hope the momentum continues. Go Dees!

The best thing we can all do, be it members, supporters and occasional followers is get behind the club we love. We need to show how passionate we are. How? I'll tell you how! Purchase a membership - Sure, sounds easy enough. BUT there are so many supporters out there who are either not paid up (not , a MCC member with no affiliate membership, or don't think they need to. This club needs its members. The success of a club evolves around this. Go to the games - Once again, sounds easy enough but we need more. Every match I go to (With exception to the ones against Interstate teams) we are easily out numbered. I know there are a lot more supporters out there that just don't go. Simple things that can effect the outlook of the club. Things that will help the clubs direction will be our New Training/admin/social base. I'm just stating the obvious, but things have to change.

Why so harsh on Weetra? Its his first season, with very little game time under his belt. I thought he has played with some effort in the last few weeks. Unless there is something that your seeing that I'm not. Clunk

Couldn't agree more with this. I went and saw the game last week (Don't get to go often). Sure, I was disappointed with the effort and the end result, but I will always be proud of the Melbourne Football Club. We will bounce back. I am a firm believer that things must be bad before they get better. It may not be this season, but I would be looking towards our future. AND I can guarantee you the ones that are bagging and kicking the absolute wind out of our guts will be the ones that will be singing our praises when we land back on top. Isn't it interesting how things turn around? We can win. But if we don't, there is always next week. Go Dees!

Hi Guys, Look, we can't rule out the factor that there is also a monetary incentive for Melbourne to Win the NAB Cup also (Which would be handy for the Club) I think we need to be conservative, but keeping in mind that injuries may be easier to cope with during this competition due to the larger Interchange. BTW - First time here guys, and really looking forward to the season ahead! Clunk
