I think it was 84 where the injury cost him the Brownlow. I remember watching as a little tacker and being upset when Peter Moore went by him and won. My father (a Geelong man) told me I should be happy another Melbourne player won, but it wasn’t the same.

Cheers for the heads up. Got one!
  3. Yeah, but I will be back there for the next one. Just as soon as those borders open up…
  4. No. Check with me after the next one at the MCG.
  5. Haha had a few Painkillers, Satan?
  6. Thanks AmDamDemon. I am in the British Virgin Islands. Pretty sure there are no other Melbourne supporters here (but would love to be proven wrong!). I will be watching the game in the early hours while on a Zoom with friends and family. Then planning to spend the day drinking at the beach, win or lose. If there are any Demons out there, come on down to Cane Garden Bay!
  7. I’m on the other side of the world, so will be up around 4am to join some friends on zoom and watch the match. Suspect there will be some very early beers. Afterwards, I may be found at Cane Garden Bay celebrating/drowning my sorrows.
  8. That Time of Year - Vinnie Vincent Invasion time to follow my dreams of glory…

  14. I am visiting Australia in July and will be attending the Carlton game. Looking forward to a big win on the day! Other than that, looking forward to May and Lever sorting out the backline after a few games together.
  15. May did a good job on Cox...repeatedly pushed him under the ball without infringing (taking him out of the contest).
