I was given his book, I used it as toilet paper after he announced GC and we weren’t given Humphrey.

I think as a club they have good intentions (Lamb and otherwise) but will accept 7+8 because it’s easier and Trac will complain and play worse if he doesn’t get his way. We will be stuck with average picks, and players and GC will laugh their way to a grand final birth. I hope we show some spine, either retain Trac or get Humphrey. Let’s stop be considered pushovers.

Not that I am an expert, however why have Matt Lloyd or Richardson never been forwards coaches? They both speak well for the most part, maybe Richo sometimes not. Both brilliant forwards of their time. Maybe too long ago? Even Riwoldt(s)? What exactly would make a good forward coach?

I think that’s very poor on the club, delisting the bloke on the night of the best and fairest. Imagine everyone coming up to you and finding out and having to put on a brave face when you’re probably [censored]. Could have waited a day.

Ironic. Giving a tour to a NS medalist, premiership player who has four to go on a contract, then to say “guys think the grass is greener” and can get people out of contract. They will remain average without Trac.

Look… we have one once in 57 years or so. We have been rubbish for the vast majority of the years we haven’t won or been at the top. I think people are justified in being pessimistic. When we start being top dogs like Geelong every year for a decade, I think people might come around. Until then, I’m keeping my safety blanket.
