It’s really quite simple. They need Humphrey. They need Petracca. They need to weigh up if they need one more than the other. They give Humphrey up now and he moves home, and they land Trac. Or they do it in 2 years when his contract ends and they don’t have Trac. Simple.

Kozzie is a jet. His output shouldn’t change a bit with the loss of one or both leaving. Only thing they have to do is make a team to allow him to still be as good as he can be.

I think it’s funny - doesn’t do us any favors at the trade period though. No one would be thinking “must be a great place, I’ll nominate them”.

They can go take a long walk or a short pier. Who the heck is Jake Rogers? Imagine the membership drop if we move on a champion for that deal.

Sounds like we are going to get the worst coaches and players available this period. I look at the other clubs and it’s obvious they’ll fly and it’s obvious we will be at the bottom again. King has already stopped saying we will contending for finals and now says “we have to have that as a goal”

I don’t really get why people are sad for the guy. He’s not good enough for their firsts. He’s not good enough for ours. Unfortunately, that’s life. Loads of great people in the world who aren’t good enough. What I do think is sad is that players who don’t quite make it, and never made enough money, and never got educated before playing, have a rough road ahead of them. I feel the AFL should and maybe they are and I’m not aware, be teaching players things along the way, such as assisting with online learning etc. At least if they don’t make it then they have a skill or degree etc they can fall back on.

The ball is in our court but really I feel it’s for picks only or a player we don’t want like Ainsworth which is pointless.

I hope that Humphrey comes to us for a few reasons. I despise Damien Hardwick, and any time he isn’t having a good day is a great day. What he did to Richmond was pathetic. Would be brilliant having a gun small forward, which we need badly. Would be good to see Trac moved on, whilst he’s been a champion, I believe he’s become a bit of a toxic player and has probably created a pretty poor environment at the club. Guess we will see what happens in the coming days, my gut tells me we will lose Trac and get poor picks, and they’ll be even stronger next year.

I meant Trac, at least he’s up for grabs.
