So who is in charge of all these decisions ?? I'm all with signing up Melk & T-Mac but how can we be doing all this without a coach?? So we are interviewing everyone and saying you can come and coach but have no say on list till end of next year !!!! We can't have the board dictating list management, their current record of any governance is woeful. We make the wrong calls this off season it could be another decade down the bottom.

Ruckman are over rated. We have so called best of our generation Yet we lose every week Everyone gives him best on Taps to no one Handballs to no one Sits behind ball and takes great marks, yet generates no real forward momentum.. Will be 8 x all Australian and we have been ok for maybe 3 x those years. He is lauded for great leadership, but we are clearly a far from united group bar 2021.

I think unless its a key forward, we should not be drafting/trading in any player unless they are elite kickers/handballers, which might be hard to find !! I see no use in getting rid of Oliver/Petracca, only to get in players like Windhager. Maybe only reason would be salary dump and a start a rebuild, which i am sure none of us want.

We shouldn't even be looking for a coach who isn't prepared to trade out those stars. If our board thinks this list will win another premiership without big change they are kidding themselves, and if they are of that thought and hire a coach that thinks the same we are in for troubled times. Yes its good enough to be competitive middle of the road, but surely that is not what we want.
