Exactly How dumb are our players/coaches. Anyone who has played any football would know how to kick to advantage. Our players lead and they kicked it the other way to advantage of opponents. Same $#@! For last 5 years

I think unless its a key forward, we should not be drafting/trading in any player unless they are elite kickers/handballers, which might be hard to find !! I see no use in getting rid of Oliver/Petracca, only to get in players like Windhager. Maybe only reason would be salary dump and a start a rebuild, which i am sure none of us want.

We shouldn't even be looking for a coach who isn't prepared to trade out those stars. If our board thinks this list will win another premiership without big change they are kidding themselves, and if they are of that thought and hire a coach that thinks the same we are in for troubled times. Yes its good enough to be competitive middle of the road, but surely that is not what we want.

Not sure is recalibrate, we need to use ball better, cant do that with older players. If u cant handball or kick, doesn't matter how many times you get it. Turnovers kill you in AFL these days.
