Let me throw up GWS as an example. Leon Cameron had them in flag contention (didnt win a flag like Goody but made it to a grand final) after that they dropped away slowly but surely playing boring predictable football towards the end much like we have this year. In comes Adam Kingsley who reenergises the entire club in quick time. Nobody was saying how great the Kingsley appointment was at the time. Same could be said for Collingwood with Buckley and McRae. Stop living in 2021 that time has passed us by. Dont be scared of change, embrace it.

When I say reset it doesnt mean rebuild. It means we need a new direction. Sacking Richardson and keeping Goody is absolutely pointless, much like with the Stafford sacking. Those guys are there as servants of Goodwin. Bringing in another two servants wont change anything.

We've been given the chance to get the club back on track and vote for an independent review and you've got people who paid good money for this tragic 15 months on and off field having a hissy fit over being sent an email. 🤦‍♂️

Imagine thinking it was just about wins and losses. Just incredible. Only over 12 months of off field distractions and the clubs best player saying they'd request a trade if the club would allow it. Happens at every club!

You have to seriously have your head in the sand if you believe this.. Thats two of, if not our biggest professionals, who have said they'd like to get out, join the dots.

Each to their own but I dont see it. Would hope Petty is back there (still a gun defender in my eyes and much better than TMac at shutting down a dangerous opponent) and we have a forward solution sorted if Jefferson still hasn't done enough to warrant selection and consistently get a game. Wouldnt mind Wright as our forward ruck, anything that keeps JVR out of the ruck and focussing solely on being our #1 KPF is good with me.

Ive got no issue with offering him a one year deal and keeping him but I think he could get offered more elsewhere given the lack of KPDs like @DeeSpencer said above.
