Late in the season Saints tried to repurpose him a bit more forward (game against us in particular). I think he's got some adaptability to rest forward as he's still a good athlete vertically and is good overhead. Would think him and Langford can interchange as resting forward. Like this move if we can get him for limited capital.

Don't wish to begrudge the player. But he plays as a third tall in one of the better backlines in the comp and is regularly exposed. A player of potential sure, but not worth the figures thrown around imo.

Second this. It's an awful role for an accumulator to remain effective in. Sheezel was used similarly early to mid season and he fell off a cliff until they threw him back into centre bounce. Flanders played majority off HB flank in 24 but surplus to requirements there once they traded for Rioli. Not 100% sold on the fit, and queries about damage by foot imo but definitely the profile of player we should be looking at.
