  1. And if the Collingwood player's head had been hurt, it would be a suspension to the dogs player. That has to stop happening.
  2. I'm so sick of players going to ground sliding in or getting their heads taken off by players who are man enough to stay on their feet.
  3. How's that for a smother to save a goal!
  4. How that's not a fifty to cox with the lunacy that gets paid fifty is a sure indicator that the AFL is cooked.
  5. I think it's probably a good thing for the Doggies to play a few games without having to rely on Bontempelli to carry them on his back.
  6. That was a hell of a handball from Pendlebury.
  7. I reckon when we were at our peak he was a key part of our handball chains through the midfield and wings that ripped the game open offensively. But he dropped off and had to go unfortunately.
  8. Onya Harmesy! Always good to watch Maynard cry.
  9. Daicollapse.
  10. If Liberatore gets suspended for Pendlebury burying his head into his hip, I'll be so annoyed. Players need to show duty of care to themselves above all, and suspending players every time their opponents dangerously go to ground is not ever going to fix the problem of head high contact.
  11. The team abbreviations are a bit of a crack up tonight. Q: How much interest do you have in this game? A: FOO COL
  12. I think we need May in our backline because we're cooked when it hits the deck back there and he's better than McDonald at actually marking the pill.
  13. Sadly I agree...
  14. Can anyone explain to me what Brad Scott is trying to get his players to do? They seem bereft of any semblance of a gameplan.
  15. Not a huge fan of how many debutants we have. It smacks a bit of desperation, though admittedly I've not seen much from anyone who is debuting.
  16. Is it just me or is there more Nuffy-Cam footage of supporters doing their blocks after missed free kicks than in previous years. I like it.
  17. It's truly amazing how consistently the Hawthorn football club produces entire lists of hateable players.
  18. Not ruling out Carlton whatsoever. They're a completely different side when Curnow is doing his thing. Not to mention they were dross a couple of years back until about midseason when it clicked for them.
  19. I was ready to go bang on Yze after 15 minutes in this game but thought, wait on let's just see what happens. Good thing I did - guess I'm maturing slightly.
  20. Turn on the commentary for the first time tonight. BT: "Beautiful kick from Saad. It was over kicked. It was over kicked!" Never change...
  21. Can't wait for the meltdowns if Carlton lose this. Richmond should copyright the act of microwaving memberships. They'd make a fortune after tonight if they did that.
  22. Richmond are still in this on the scoreboard but don't look like it in reality.
  23. Logged on just now and immediately went, yep, I bet they had to rollback - this all looks a bit too much like the old one.
  24. Love seeing Toby Green giving Maynard a bath.
