  1. https://menshealth.com.au/how-christian-petracca-is-training-for-his-comeback-season/ A non-AFL piece on Tracc's training regime with quite a few Samsung endorsements, or should it be a Samsung advert with a side article on Tracc?
  2. My wife noticed the auto renewal on our statement and asked, "What do you get out of your membership?" "Heartache!" 😒
  3. The little I've seen of him, he looked like a Bulldog's short game player. We had one of them recently and that didnt work. He's young still ...
  4. MFC "House of Windsor" strategy ... never complain, never explain.
  5. From way outside looking in, I'm rather ambivalent about what's happening at board level, but I do wonder how much we are attracting the attention of the AFL hierarchy. Not that we would hear of it, or need to. Not much about our present circumstances instills me with confidence.
  6. I admire his body work in out-positioning his opponents. Makes it look easy. Something I wish Fritta was able to do, or more precisely learns to do.
  7. My understanding of any review process is that the outcome is decided and agreed to beforehand, and the review process outlines the significant work completed to justify, and implement the outcome.
  8. Time to watch the girls sort out the cats. Go Dees!!
  9. I watch in awe and listen in wonder. One day, I'd like to shake this man's hand, and thank him for bringing so much happiness to so many people.
  10. I'd like to hear your thoughts on Melksham being the sub this week. I know there were late changes, which may have had an influence, but it seemed a very inflexible choice. My own view is that to have a deep forward as a sub is counter-intuitive to the opportunity afforded of a tactical sub. Melksham's 'freshness' was seemingly wasted in the overall team objective. That freshness might have been better served by a midfielder where we were always going to struggle against Port.
  11. I'm expecting something like a R23 2021 type win or a GF 2021 scorecard. Statement game to the naysayers.
  12. Have you checked here ... https://www.facebook.com/Gnomesville He might still be crossing the Nullarbor though.
  13. Devil's advocate and left field thinking ... but would using Clarry as the sub help him and the team, so long as he understands and is on board with the why? An eager Clarry released at halftime might just give him the opportunity to be fresh enough to impact heavily and gain his confidence? The risk is robbing Peter to pay Paul no doubt.
  14. We were no better than witches hats on the ground.
