Yep fair enough. Personally if where good enough to finish in the top four and we are playing near our best I don’t think there will be much difference in who we play. All will be tough but all are beatable.

I was complaining earlier about Essendon playing a home game at the MCG. Now that it’s flogging down rain I am not so upset. Just need Port to win now.

The best player in the game doesn’t always win the Brownlow, Oliver is a prime example of that. Daicos x 2 are both guns.

Yeah not sure how many hours are needed between games at the same venue. But seeing Essendon and Carlton both playing home games at the MCG versus interstate teams makes me angry.

Why is this game at the MCG?

Personally think it would have been a good opportunity to give Taj or Howes a game instead of Harmes. We made the mistake last year not giving JVR a game in the season then when we were banged up come finals the club didn’t want to debut him. We know what Harmes brings and maybe if we give one of these young guys a chance they might do a McVee and make us a better team. At the very least they will get a taste for seniors footy and be much better for the experience if we need them come finals time.

Hopefully Richmond wake up soon.

My returning MFCSS is telling me we will be the only team to lose to a team coming off the bye.

The week could get a whole lot worse if Oliver’s hamstring scan tomorrow shows an issue.

Yeah I would like to see him play on the wing occasionally. He probably doesn’t have the tank of Langdon but think he would be more dangerous.

What a horrible night, there’s so many negative things to say but really just to disappointed to focus on that at the moment. I want to pump Trent Rivers up though, yes he can turn it over and not always make the right decision but his attack on the footy and willingness to take the game on is fun to watch.
