Right? And they only allocate 500 - 1000 seats for opposition supporters (we were actually given less than 500). Why are they allowed to do this? And they charge Geelong members $10 for parking and everyone else is charged $15. Again, who allows this? AND they relegate opposition cheer squads to a shi*tty spot on the wing, right by the race where it’s criminally cold AND (somebody slap me) their ground staff are downright rude to our banner crew and sweet af to their own. I could go on and on.

And Dogs are in their home strip for an away game.

So Dogga and Harry P were assigned to mascot duty, ie, hold hands with a little kid while going through the banner. As the pic below shows, Harry had his mascot, but Dogga forgot his and didn’t even realise he’d done so! Nibbler saw this so stepped in and took Dogga’s mascot through. The mother in me says, Awww Nibs, you’re the best! But the Demonlander in me says, Hmmmm Dogga’s mind is elsewhere, huh! 🤨

Love the commentary combo for this Port vs. Pies match: Howie, Nick Riewoldt, Bucks and Cam Mooney. Very listenable.

So we have a great win and this is all some have to focus on… Incidentally, one of our cheer squad members picked the guernsey up and handed it back to the fan. She said he was a stupid teenager and he looked “sheepish” when she returned it to him. Which suggests he knew what he’d done was idiotic. Thing is, he did the same thing after the match too. Seems he is more stupid than sheepish. 😑 edit: after Melksy dropped it on the ground, when Tracc walked past it he kicked it further under the fence. Funny, no one’s mentioning that. #muchMalignedmelksy

Five minutes?! What part of I barracked for Essendon do you not understand! And I held on for the entire match. I was mere seconds away from calling Jake stringer ‘Jakey’ ffs. Besides, surely having to see Chris Scott is worse than having to see Bevo coz Chris Scott. Do it for the Dees, Ang!

Again… GEELONG! Bulldogs aren’t a threat to us. Geelong are. Try to put your intense hate for the Bulldogs aside just for one night. I did it late last year when an Essendon win (against I can’t remember who) was beneficial to us. I barracked for Essendon. ESSENDON! At one stage I heard myself saying ‘come on Jake’ (Stringer. STRINGER!). Now, if I can do that, you can too. I have faith in you, Ang. You got this!!
