GAMEDAY: B-Side vs Richmond
Haha I am not bald and there was no ill-intent in my comments, intended in affection only. Apologies if taken that way.

Good to see little Wiz get a goal in the red and blue. Unlikely to get a spot this yr - just too undercooked. Probably sent back to WA with some clear instructions on what he has to work on ahead of next year’s draft.

I know it has been said before, but Rosman looks like he must have gone through puberty when he was 6.

Little Jeff has the same body shape as as his old man!

How good was it to watch full-length quarters of footy again!

GAMEDAY: Practice Match vs Richmond
Great little period of forward pressure here. Some really good signs in this second half.

My goodness we look good when we are on and move it through the middle. Quick.

Jacko doing really well in ruck contests. Just needs time/ exposure to work on his tapwork

From a very small sample, we seem to be adding an additional short link-kick with this new rule. Ie two smaller kicks to get back in the corridor instead of one slightly longer kick. I think that is smart given our turnover history

VERY difficult to tell which one was Hunt & which one was Langdon

Skills aside; - May/Lever combo looking better every week - desperately need to solve shutting down mobile forwaRd lines - apart from dropping Jones forward for a bit, nothing interesting being tried to cover for the Weid/Brown gap early in the year. Be brave. Oliver deep forward maybe? - Harmes makes us look slow in the middle

My biggest disappointment from today is that there are not enough people at the ground to boo Tom Lynch- GAMEDAY: Practice Match vs Richmond
Execution and decision making is poor but I think they may be side effects from leather poisoning- GAMEDAY: Practice Match vs Richmond
Skills always going to be iffy in an early hit out like this but our ability to contain small/mobile forward lines remains a huge concern... based on this performance it doesn’t look like we did enough in the pre-season to address this- Ryan Larkin departs Melbourne.
Win a flag. That’ll sort our marketing out.- Clarry’s Contract 2021 Edition
Oliver’s contract feels like it’s going to be the most overcooked, most annoying storyline of the year.- Club’s furious about changes to the AFL pathway programme
I worked pretty closely with hq (as a sponsor) for about 5 years and had never seen an organisation with so much unnecessary fat. That changed last year though, I think they slashed about half of their workforce- Welcome to Demonland: Majak Daw
Less enthusiastic about him ruck/forward but could give us flexibility to play May forward if we’re struggling in that area.- Eddie McGuire Steps Down Effective Immediately
Eddie might not have bad intentions but he did not have the awareness and tone he needed to display as the influential figure he is. When Eddie felt compelled to reel off his own achievements in the presser today, I couldn’t help but feel that a smarter, more appropriate leader would’ve just said ‘I’m sorry, I haven’t been as good as I could have been’ and left it at that. Onwards/upwards for Collingwood and the rest of us.- Eddie McGuire Steps Down Effective Immediately
Sadly, in an extreme right-wing Donald Trump world I’m sure he has plenty of admirers. - GAMEDAY: Practice Match vs Richmond
