  1. Brayshaw has become one of our best players yet I don’t see him as a must keep if the price is right. I do however really hope he stays.
  2. If we get to 75,000 over the next few years that’s a huge result
  3. We’re so above hubris or complacency it’s not funny. Our defence and midfield is 20% better than anyone else. Hard to see us not winning 4 on the trot
  4. Daw won’t play ahead of Weideman so you can forget that dream
  5. Personally unless we are stricken down by covid or mass injuries no one’s beating us
  6. Collingwood have admitted wrong, apologised and will no doubt have made the necessary changes. I’m not sure what else he wants to happen
  7. We’ll win easily. Lots of chatter about a danger game. Saints aren’t a danger, in fact no one is currently. Sides are putting everything at us and we haven’t got out of second gear. I pity the club that meets us in fourth.
  8. Jeez we’re good
  9. He’ll sign with us and maybe end up at Freo in 4-6 years time. He ain’t going near the Eagles. He and Brayshaw are simply waiting for the new EBA before signing. The rest is media chatter
  10. How long until he’s back? Do we have an injury list available?
  11. I hope the Saints are close to full strength and push us hard. I want to see us challenged and respond. We’ve got a solid month of footy coming up in 3 weeks and we need to be ready
  12. Bedford would be incredibly stiff to miss, thought he was great. Weideman is the classic “almost” player. Can’t help but want him to succeed so I’ll keep the faith Melksham appears done although he’s got a great footy brain and beautiful disposal Dunstan just isn’t that good but a worthy back up Tomlinson over Smith for me Chandler is below our level, he’s at the point where our depth gets seriously challenged Brown needs to stay inside 50! Petty, Kozzie, Jackson, Sparrow, ANB all walk straight back in when fit
  13. The only way we lose is when we have an off day or covid really bites. This week our outs are big but are ins include Viney and Lever. Hardly an issue
  14. In the last Richmond persisted with a spare player back all but ruling out a chance at victory. Their chaos game was no where to be seen
  15. We seem to be doing just fine at Casey. For all the moaning, yearning and wishing going on you’d think a new facility was somehow really important.
  16. The league, pushed by the players and managers will sell the game to the highest bidder. 80% plus of fans will doll out more money to watch a “product” that will be further altered to suit corporate broadcasters.
  17. Hibberd unlikely to replace anyone. Salem only out guaranteed a return spot. Jordan has been terrific, Hunt is the likely unlucky one for mine. In saying that I hope he gets a grand final spot this year. For that to happen he’ll need someone injured
  18. Keep Weid in for 6-8 weeks. We can afford to rotate our 3 key forwards atm. Give TMac a week off. Play Brown and Weid for the next 2 weeks and see what happens. Weid clunks a couple more marks and he’s a 3-4 goal key forward with growing confidence. It’s worth some patience
  19. No change, Weideman should get 6 -8 weeks to prove himself
  20. It’s going to be sad when we’ve one 4 premierships on the trot and we start losing again.
  21. Bowey got a lesson against PA
  22. Weideman: Brown to replace Jordan: great wingman’s game Sparrow: love how tough
  23. Just goes to show how good we are currently. With Brown, Salem, Lever and Petty all certain starters when fit it’s just a matter of signing them up!
  24. Sydney Brisbane GWS if we play at or near our best no one comes close besides Sydney. Their ability to just keep coming makes them very dangerous in finals
