PREGAME: SF vs Carlton
Spot on Big Fella. The players and the coaches have experience. Do we have the resolve, the inner fortitude and the mental strength to hit these 2 games at full tilt from the first bounce? Can we execute under extreme pressure because if we can we are good enough to do this. Watching Maynard cop his first Viney hit in 3 weeks will be a life affirming moment.

None, my guess

Brown's point was clear, he believed Maynard wasn't guilty because as yet the AFL hasn't come down on poorly executed smothers as it has with bumps and tackles. He's wrong but it's not the worst opinion going around.

Post Covid the fan behaviour has plummeted. They should come down really hard on it for a year or 2 and sort it out.

A % of them absolutely do, you’re kidding yourself if you think otherwise. The Collingwood people are hiding behind “accidental” and no “intent” just as many on here would go if we reversed the situation. Anywho, I think they’re scumbags and really hope we meet on GF Day.

Any word on Angus?
Absolutely they would…..I mean absolutely they will. Can’t wait to meet them again.

You know what, they see it through Collingwood eyes just as we'd see it through Melbourne eyes if Viney did that too Pendlebury. In fact take out the crazy and it's the same stuff as we read here but through black and white eyes. 80% of them are just us born into a Collingwood family. (20% of them are inbred scum)

POSTGAME: QF vs Collingwood
That’s the biggest problem for us this week. If we aren’t switched on from the first bounce it’s curtains. We seem flat as a club with all that’s gone on. Now that either galvanises you and drives you to redemption or it crushes you and we’re out. It’s all in the head this week. A visit from John Northey might do the trick. One thing you can guarantee and that’s Carlton coming out pumped, ready and smelling blood. We need to make it their blood. (Metaphorically speaking)

Stuff drafting a kid, poach a key forward.
It'd good to have you back Big Fella! Demonland's nowhere without our resident crank! Keep up the good work and don't panic we got this!

Who's sadly out of form and regularly gets held to less than 10 possessions. If he could get 15-20 a game he'd play every game of the year. I was hoping he'd work his way back in and remain hopeful he can find his mojo in 24.

You don't win by luck with chaos entry, the Tiges won the 2017 flag this way.

Injury Cloud over Max & Clarry
I think Edmund inferred on FC that he'd had it prior to the QF but not completely sure.

You could easily argue that we lower our eyes 2 more times and we win the game. I think there's a bit of panic that crept in and we don't have that one beautiful user who could lower the eyes and lace out a forward. Salem's drop off has cost us. Would have loved to have seen him running forward with the ball in hand in the last quarter. I really hope kickers are on our shopping list this Spring.
