  1. Viney's been good this quarter
  2. Well done Benny. Needed that
  3. I don;t know why we only want to play in 1 quarter bursts. We've conceded the momentum here and its totally our own fault we'll still win but why make it unnessecarily hard for ourselves
  4. credit to st kilda they are having a go but we've got sloppy. I don't like it
  5. Very good first half Great to see TMac playing well. It will be a big plus for us if he can find form
  6. Here we go. Swing around on your right and slot it maxy and... what! you should have had a shot there maxy
  7. Gus has made a few mistakes this quarter. Keep it simple Gus
  8. This is getting ugly for st kilda
  9. superb goal Gus
  10. Strong mark and goal by TMac. He's playing better and finding some decent form
  11. st kilda have no anwsers. obviously not following the Hawks blueprint to beat the premiers
  12. horror mistake from membery.
  13. St Kilda playing right into our hands. We'll gobble up those long kicks into our defence all day long
  14. Kossie has started well
  15. based on this year he'a ahead but this season has been a break-out for him. Finally delivering on the talent he has. It was looking like he wouldn't make the grade if anything it goes to show that patience is required with talls and perhaps the Weid might come good yet.
  16. Recalling the Neeld era is painful. It represents the absolute nadir in terms of footy department disfunction and on-field ineptitude. It provides a case study on how not to run a footy club I understand why people want to consign to history and forget about it but we must retain the memory and remember the lessons lest we repeat the mistakes again Neeld was a disaster. Named the 2 jacks as co captains, young and inexperienced players that should never have been put in that position. Put the senior players noses out of joint straight away. The single worst coaching decision by any coach of any club in my time watching footy. Let’s not ever do that again.
  17. We'll be 8-0 and back on top at the end of the round
  18. Big game this for my household. Bragging rights up for grabs with the St Kilda supporting in laws. They've been chirping away all week and are very confident coming into this one (bless their little sainter hearts). To be fair they've been complimentary and respect us but feel we haven't been playing well and are due a loss. We'll (probably) lose a game this year but it won't be today Death by strangulation, dees style, coming up for the gallant sainters Dees by 25 points

I went to 2 corporate events last week. Attendance down at both. Many people now prefer to attend online rather than physically attend. I think it’s the same as footy where people have gotten used to watching on Kayo and now prefer to watch from the comfort of their home rather than go to the game. I think this is a post Covid reality and needs to be factored in to expectations of crowd sizes
  20. Peter Wright is one of the most improved player in the league this season
  21. I thought GWS had turned the corner. lifeless performance from them. The board should consider letting Cameron go early and see if a different voice can inspire the players to salvage their season
  22. Credit to the Suns but i'm not sure about the Swans top 4 bona fides after this quarter of football. They were dreadful
  23. levi Casboult is a very honest toiler
  24. Swans have been really poor in this final quarter. Can;t get any offence going at all
  25. The lions will beat the eagles by 100+ points
