Have a soft spot for Jesse. He has some unfinished business with us but he's getting quite injury prone. worth a second rounder maybe. Could be a stop gap while JVR develops can't see it happening mind
  2. We need to win our last 2 H&A games to get Top 4 and then 3 finals. That's 5 consecutive wins against top 8 competition. It's getting harder to make the case.
  3. It does my head in
  4. We’re premiers with champion players. We can still win but need to rediscover our manic intent. We’re just 5% off at the moment in all respects but for sure can turn it around
  5. My illusions were well and truly shattered last night. I was sure we were going to swarm and overrun the pies. The exact opposite happened Coughed up another big lead. Is there a worse habit to get into? Fittest levels are just not there. Not sure what’s happened but burgess has been a huge loss Our defensive woes start in our forward 50. Where has the tackling pressure gone? Brown halved a number of contests but there was nobody at the base of the pack to crumb or within meters of the rebounding pies. If we don’t lock the ball in the pies rebound so quickly we can’t get set And I can only describe our continual kicking of the ball into the pocket to the 3 on 1 Brown out number as braindead. If the idea is to prevent turnover it was pointless because our smalls were no where close enough to crumb the loose ball or tackle the pies defenders anyways. Rotten coaching as far as I’m concerned. And I know people will scoff but I don’t think we are as mentally up for it and sharp as we were last year. There was one team showing maniacal intent last night and it wasn’t us A lot not working this close to finals. The coaches and players need to lock themselves in a room and have a forthright conversation. We can turn this around but some home truths need to be delivered. Too many players not playing their role Thoroughly disgusted with that loss. And those f**kin pies supporters. After the early Cox goal they started with the USA chant. Vomit inducing stuff. And had to suffer the Collinwood chant on the train home. I'll have to go for a long run today to work this rage out of my system.
  6. I reckon we're the one trick pony. Our plan A has been worked out
  7. Burgess is a much bigger loss than I first realised. Out fitness is nowhere near the same level as last year
  8. Not sure about this loading caper. Pies looked fitter and faster than us tonight.
  9. And our problems start in the forward 50. We don’t lock the ball in anymore
  10. Thoroughly Sickened best team won. They took the game on. Played with dash and dare we were down with 2 mins left. From the kickout kicked to the wing and went nowhere. Pies would have attacked straight through the middle. And they’re fitter. Ran out the game much better We’re not as good as I thought we were no flag playing like that this year
  11. Balls of steel Benny brown
  12. We’re gone.
  13. We badly need another KPF to straighten us up
  14. We are slow and stodgy. We need to lift big time otherwise we lose this game
  15. Maxys goal kicking is embarrassing
  16. Are we still loading or what the [censored] is going on.
  17. Our defence is rubbish tonight
  18. We’re not handing the pies pressure
  19. Hibbert is having a shocker
  20. Hibberd a liability tonight
  21. Salem finding his form again
  22. Clarry a little off tonight
  23. Pies ball movement very good. They transition so quickly we can’t get set. Need to apply more tackling pressure in the front half
  24. This is a cracking game
  25. Every dog on the street knew that this camp was toxic. I'm amazed it has taken this long for someone to publically speak out
