  1. a top 5 pick would be tempting if they threw in their seconder rounder as well.
  2. playing well today. Once he adds some kgs he could be another Alir Alir. Need to go on a diet of potatoes, pasta and gravy.
  3. Reckon the attendance at this game is bigger than the average gate either of these teams get for their home games.

I like gather round. No clashing fixture means that from Fri evening through to Sunday evening there's a footy game on.
  5. Suns will do what they always do. Tease and then lose. I reckon giants by 25 points.
  6. that's what i was thinking as well. Not sure he played 7 games forward for us yet though.

there's being brave. and then there's being reckless. there is a difference.
  8. just checked the AFL website. He played in the Rd 15 and 16 losses v Geelong and GWS respectively.
  9. why pick out round 10 last year as the starting point? and has anyone checked if this is correct. I thought he played in losses after Rd 10
  10. good grab young d'arcy. and finish
  11. sickening it is for sure Red. Luckily we still have Essendon to cheer us up.
  12. another pointless review. reviewing what exactly
  13. had to duck out so missed the end of the Froe Carlton game. I've just watched the last 5 mins. the touch would have been difficult for the ump to pick up. Jackson tapped a ball straight to the Carlton player to set up their go-ahead goal. One of the dumbest taps you will ever see. Carlton are kissed on the [censored] this year. God help us all if they win a flag. I'll have to move overseas for a couple of months if it happens.
  14. Daniher like from McKay
  15. Harley Reid is going to be a serious player but he gave away a very costly 50 there due to inexperience. there's a stiff breeze blowing to the end the Eagle are kicking to in the last quarter. 15 points down. Kick an early goal and you never know.
  16. Eagles starting to lose discipline. giving away needless frees.
  17. turned on this game about 15 mins ago. first thing i heard was Dwayne saying something inane with Kellie underwood cackling in the background. mute button engaged immediately
  18. Eagles playing with confidence. taking the game on. not sure if eagles can keep this up but swans know they are in a game here.
  19. Swans should put at least 50 points on the eagles

Dermie is a complete numpty. I ignore him studiously. I reckon he would choke if he had to give the Dees any praise.
  21. great thread. thanks @Lucifers Hero
  22. I only watched the first quarter and a bit but the Lions players made a big show of congratulating each other after every goal. all back slaps and fist pumps. trying to show the world how together the group was. looked confected to me. reckon if we turn the screw next Thursday they will fold. And let's not forget their MGC record which is abysmal.
  23. Bombers early draft picks don't appear to be developing. Cox is the reincarnation Cale Morton. Zach Reid is always injured, Durham and Hobbs are handy, haven't seen much of Tsatas (2022 pick 5). Perkins is the only one you could say will be a 200 gamer. The recruitment team should be copping a lot of heat down at the Hangar
  24. I'm very confident for the season as well OD. The resolve and grit we showed in 2021 is back.
