Gawn says no repairing needed if Trac decides to rock up day one of pre season. For those that can’t read the article. Nothing new, both players have frustrations some Gawn agrees with other that he doesn’t. Trac hasn’t said anything to him about leaving, which is probably why they are so confused as what they hear in the media doesn’t reconcile with what he is telling them.

It would help for sure. The reasons why he hasn’t yet as far as I can speculate are: 1. He is waging up his future. Including whether he can facilitate a trade and request one when it becomes a possibility. 2. Similar to above, but is considering the grievance process and doesnt want to make any public statement that may be used against him in a court of law. 3. Using the silence to drive rabid speculation to drive up his clicks and follows 4. Doesn’t think he needs to say anything as he is contracted for 5 more years. 5. Using the silence to scare the [censored] out of the club to make real change.

Yes that’s on Goody and to an extent Richo if that hasn’t actually been the case. I thing to do with Pert or Roffey to be honest.

I don’t completely disagree with what she said though. I would expect her to reach out and express her best wishes, which I’m sure he has done. To both Trac and the family. But she is not the avenue to solve this problem as much as people think. She is in fact Trac’s bosses (Goody) bosses (Richo) bosses (Pert) boss. In a workplace environment have you ever sat down directly to solve a major problem with the Board chair? I can guarantee that rarely happens. She wouldn’t even be on the task force to work on this issue, in fact neither should Pert unless Richo and Goody are completely incapable at fixing this. Once you apply a corporate lens, (on reflection as my immediate reaction was to crucify her) I’m not really surprised to what she is saying.

100% You need to have this comm channel to get an independent view of the FD. How is this person a leader at any level? This is a monumental failure and frankly if she is left standing at the end of this I’ll lose complete faith in this club.

I think it’s becoming clearer how this club went from what it was in 2021 to what it is now. Poor leadership from the top. She has to resign and step aside. Utterly pathetic and embarrassing.

Hypothetical. If Trac came out and just takes a massive dump on the club and players at that event, what would likely happen next? Can he do this to massively diminish his trade value and make himself untenable to the point where we just have to give him away ie fire him? Is there anyway in which we could take some control back?

It was funny listening to Mike Sheehan on SEN this morning when Whately mentioned she was coming on, to which he replied tongue-in-cheek “Is she back from her sabbatical already?”. We are not alone in thinking her absence isn’t a great reflection on her duties as the president.

There is definitely a pile on MFC memo in the media. In this I’m sure. The why is what intrigues me. The CFC CEO is about to step aside. Fev dropped this about a week and half ago and there were some interesting reasons behind this. It barely registered a bleep in the news cycle. The premiers failed to make the finals, again no questions asked.

If all else fails. We need to recruit a speedy, skillful draftee that can be blooded on HBF. It’s how Sheezel, Daicos were played too. No has beens.
