Hunty has some good footy skills pace Long Kicking straight goal shooting, and short Passing plus line breaking ability but footy smarts no. Even as a forward he was not a natural crumber but he will prove handy like Tommo ( Linson) as depth and versatility in a better team as a smarter and slicker outfit. It looks to me that Salem Hunt Tommo Tmac and some of our mids and new runners can all be moved between Some lines to upset the opposition. Count Petty in that group also. All we need to do is Get Ooze and Choco to convince Goody to move those Clipboard names!! Let the games begin!!

Clarry will Gain the Accolades if he impacts the game like in Friday. No errors great Disposal with about 2/3 by foot accelerating to deliver very accurate and penetrating Passes along with them usual handball breaking up play to our advantage and best marking game also hitting the scoreboard. Wasnt near his highest disposals games but he made such impact with his hands on the ball we benefitted each time. That will result in greater recognition and respect as he looked comfortable and assured in his new style ( thank you Ooze you rock ). The whole midfield looked smart even slick at times and with Gawny having a BOG it was a great start to Adam Yzes career at the Dees. Remember no Gus no Jack and debutant Jimmy Jordon and 7 gamer Sparrow both who slotted in without any hint of nerves or over use of the ball. Very promising for our depth and maybe some changing of the guard of sorts. Exactly what I suggested Ooze would deliver viz a 25% improvement in our on ball group Mainly in process and use of personnel and style. Cant wait for further Chapters in this storyline. Meanwhile let's celebrate Clarry's first hundred stellar matches and hopefully we can contemplate what might be achieved after his 200th and even 300th!!!

We have 5/6 now approaching A graders with some good players out injured still and others now approaching B graders if they maintain their form plus role players doing their job.

If Kossie plays do you consider all of those players or are some fitter than others. Kossie hasn't been injured at least and is the fastest in our side I reckon. But as you said Spargs and Chandler are ahead of Kossie ( in fitness and exposed form ) and on balance deserve to be selected in Round1. Interesting Selection Dilemmas!! DD Great call Clarry played his best IMPACT game IMO since 2018. Didn't make a mistake or fumble or ditch out a Hot potatoe handpass. The three things I loved among a great day at the office yesterday from him were: 1. Marking strongly on outer wing About 3 gems that ensured the ballot kept going in our direction late in the game. 2. That centre gather sidestep and handpass to Trac then regather AND LONG kick wind assisted GOAL had not one bit of selfishness about it being pure TEAM play. Ooze and Clarry take a bow! 3. His RUN out of DEFENCE in 3 Rd quarter was Breathtakingly fast enough to give opposition a wake up call he was serious about moving this ball forward to score when he kicked it Yo a teammate. This is the level he can go to just like Trac has done by valuing possessions.Gus needs to follow to fulfill his talent. Over to you Gus and Ooze.

P2J how do you know whether Kossie has trained or not yet in SA? I am not necessarily disagreeing with you but you just can't make open statements without proof. You should be saying most likely hasn't done a respectable enough block Of training required for a spot in the Round1 team. The other variant in this situation is the form of Spargs and Chandler. Any other AFL team to be selected in the last 2 years might have screamed for Kossie's inclusion but even our most churlish D/Lers would not want a well earnt spot by either player appear not so. Waiting like all Others fir your chance no matter how heartfelt the circumstances will not harm Kossie st this stage. As it happens we are small forwards/ wing/ half back or BP smothered at the moment with Bowey Laurie Bedford and even Locky in the wings waiting for that Round1 opportunity also. You don't need that much extra staff because your ticket has all the Seat details on it and you are not supposed to wander around eating or socialising once you have got your food. There are a small no if Covid officials who politely ask you to go to your seats. I have seen this play out in Brisbane all last year at AFL and this year at the cricket.
