  1. I agree and resulting in Melbourne being fined $10m and losing the next 10 years of draft picks because it was Brayshaw’s fault
  2. Cheering maynard its the new cheering stalin* *chose Stalin to avoid triggering Godwin’s law
  3. Wish we still had jesse jeez they’re doing a Melbourne Note to drafters - find the next Toby greene
  4. It’s times like these I wish we had some “100 Magical Moments of AFL/VFL football” pure #thughits moments and we had a modern day Crackers or Jacko who could have taken Maynard’s head off or snapped an arm off then used it to beat him senseless
  5. I’ve never hated a player more, not since every member of the Essendon 2000 GF team. he makes Toby Greene look like Jesus H Christ .
  6. Keep ‘em coming !!! was on a work call with a NSW vendor this week (I’m in northern NSW) and I must’ve sounded down and they asked what was up and I tried to explain about the Carlton loss and Collingwood fans and it got into a convo about which rugby fans / club were most hated (storm and sea eagles and the broncos as it turns out). Amazingly they already have grand final tickets even though their teams aren’t in it? What’s up with that?
  7. The continued incompetence from the umpires is one of two things : legitimate, systemic, year after year incompetence - whomever in the AFL is in charge of this should be sacked as it’s not good enough soft corruption (which is staggeringly widespread in Australia ) in which case someone should be before a firing squad we whinge year after year and nothing changes. Why is that I wonder
  8. I still think someone should have laid him out after his hit. As in, made sure he was knocked out. No matter the consequences . As bandit heeler says, it’s gotta be done
  9. I emailed our president about this today. The AFLs failure to properly prosecute, Gleesons conflict of interest (or appearance of), Gleeson’s shocking comments, the AFLs manifest failure in appealing, the clubs failure in very clearly rejecting the victim blaming of gus and condemnation of the media bias. Sick of being the good corp citizen.
  10. Wtf is wrong with him He of all people have a voice. He should be calling it out. The rest of the media is so pro Collingwood it’s not funny
  11. They’re collectively a horrible horrible supporter base with no redeeming features.
  12. Sick of being the good corporate citizen - Maynard debacle, umpires , heading to kardinia year after year Anyway, I feel like player compo has gotten very very frothy like 2000 dot com stocks or AI stocks now or marketing company Vals of 5 years ago
  13. I stuck some on him at the season start. He’ll go close. I think win or close second
  14. The media did a stellar job of getting Maynard off then making it Brayshaw’s fault
  15. Watching the QF made me so sicK Cannot decide if eddie or Maynard is the biggest pr1,ck *or Gleeson or whomever in the decided not to appeal
  16. Just keep posting. People can take it with a 44 gallon drum of the finest Grey Celtic sea salt if they do wish. This is especially so as it’s all we have (picture me sobbing as I say this) to live for at this time of year (except Collingwood being defenestrated tonight )
  17. They all seemed a little prepared with their unified “footy action” nonsense on TV, didn’t they
  18. Tell me about it Was at the in laws last weekend after the Carlton loss and neither game came up. some absolute nonsense about Maynard being unable to avoid brayshaw and that it was Brayshaws fault (I’m not joking) and how the Pies can beat anyone (apart from a straight kicking Melbourne) but that was it
  19. Look I just want these nuisance last 3 finals finished so we can get to draft period 😂😂💤💤💤💵💵
  20. I’m with you on this. It was nothing short of calamitous. Especially since the pattern has been there a long, long time and yet we continue to do the same thing (leaving aside injuries). I work with some very rusted on supporters who are generally more optimistic than I and they are both shattered. From the outside there appears to be a skills/discipline issue. Pressure will be huge next year. As an aside, and not related to on field, I am extremely disappointed the club didn’t publicly address the Maynard disgrace - both the AFL’s extraordinarily weak prosecution, the victim blaming and lack of appeal.
  21. I hope all y’all with the Twitter (never “X”) will pile on and hit McGuire and Maynard and the CFC official with “justice has prevailed Eddie (you buffoon). GWS putting the fun back in footy!!”
