Just feels like one of those games where none of those 50/50s will land our way. I know we need to take our chances, but quite a few of our misses have not been by much, such as Fritter's. Then there's that another. Hope it's not a sign it's just not our day. We'll need to create chances that are not 50/50s but that'll take some serious running and effort. And risks!

In r19 we lost 9.11 to 13.7. We need to take our chances. Got to bring back that intense pressure from Q1 and grab this game by the scruff. Let's snag one in the first minute, start the quarter with some momentum, because it was very much against us at the end of Q2. Go Dees!

I'm so excited for this. Honestly, as much as I'd love to see us win, I won't be tooooo upset if we lose. I'm just so proud of the boys this year. We've set ourselves up not only for the next 4-5 years for a (few) flag (s), but have re-established ourselves as a relevant club. A proud club. A united club. We've finally broken through. The relevance thing has spun me out all year. I mean, for most of the year there was a lot of talk about us about to fall to earth, not having beaten anyone, then falling apart in the finals. None of that came to be, and here we are, favorites for a flag. People are happy for us, wearing our colours, and talking up our boys. And we've gotten here being humble, united and playing for each other. Gotta love it 😍

Totally agree. Worked a charm the first time and it's not a game we can afford him having any impact early on. 10 minutes of Libba untagged could mean a couple of goals. Not worth it.

It's great that JJ is in he has had a solid year, but really feel for Hunt. Played right through the season and only got injured at the tail end. Loved his run and definitely improved this year. Stiff to miss out.

Less than 2 hours to go! I don't know what else to do. I've done some baking, swept, had a drink, cleaned the kitchen, had a drink, swept again (first effort bad or the little man is eating something crumbly that I didn't give him), and reorganised the pantry. I even reformatted an old piece of junk laptop. Oh, there was another drink in there somewhere. What the hell am I supposed to do now?
