Trac was massive as was Viney. Welcome back, Kozzie! Came back from the dead against a seriously good side playing SERIOUSLY well. Massive for the year. We have a good run home, let’s solidify the top 4 and can build momentum for finals. Go Dees!!!!

We are lucky to have someone of Melks class as essentially a backup. When he’s on, we look so much better up forward.

How good was Melks mark? And Kozzie too good. Finding a little touch today and getting involved. Could be him coming into some form?

Can we at least try to keep this close? What is it with the lions now deciding they’re going to play on the G when it’s against us?? Joe is a doofus and he’s turned it up tonight. So annoying.

Lions are red hot right now and we just don’t have any answers. If they were not so hot I’d say we can pull this back if we turn it up a bit but they’re clunking everything, kicking goals off a step, it’s just all landing and that is what happens when you’re a good team on the march.

Oh well, we’ll always have that first 10 minutes and 2021, right?

Few of our quieter guys need to get involved, or involved again. Melk quiet, Kozzie dunno, still looks out of it aside for a nice goal and a good run or two. Could have had another I reckon. Maybe we’ll see more of him in the second half. We’ll need it. Can we please man up when the ball leaves our forward 50???

And they’re taking really strong contested marks, too! In some cases probably no right to have held onto them, but they have!

We stumbled pretty bad that qtr and to be fair the lions took their chances. We need to come out red hot and make sure we make the most of our opportunities because it’s looking like that kind of a night, where misses will cost the game. Also what is up with our kicks to half forward? I’ve seen at least 5 where they have been ‘directed’, with time, to the chest of a lions player. Total waste.

20-46 since our hot start. Might need to crank up the pressure again? Have to use our chances. Have been poor going forward this qtr.

May has to tighten up on Daniher who looks like he might have one of those ‘on’ nights. Really like what Melk brings. Has looked dangerous, will be even better if he kicks a few. But love the contribution, gets to the right spaces as always.
