I think the saga with Willy has and will kill them off, they have alot of ageing players and added on top of all that the travel factor. Dusty and his management used the Kangas as leverage to get the best possible deal from Rich. There was no way in the world he would have gone to the Kangas, their list shape they were in and still are is abhorrent. Wreaked of desperation at the time and still does. I would offer him 3 year deal on 600k with a trigger for a 4th depending on appearances.
