Trade Hogan, then what? We get a pick or two and use it on who? Hogan is not the problem, there are many issues with our club, how ever in saying trade Hogan is silly. The players need to man up, learn to kick straight, not panic and give off dinkey hand passes, run their guts out etc, etc etc. Oh and we need mids who are able to get the ball to the goal square and then kick through those big white sticks. The club also needs to ask the AFL about the umpires, because we fart, you just gave away a free kick. Why has the club allowed those green snot blokes to get away with what they have been doing for years now? We did not have one holding the ball, yet the swans just kept getting them? It loos like we will miss playing finals yet again, but hay as the saying goes there is always next year and you know what it will be the same as this year and the year before. The AFL has us and all the other clubs by the you know what's, and there is not a hell of a thing we can do about it, they control the clubs like puppets on a string, do as your told or you will get your back side spanked.

I think we need to get the AFL to consider a brand new stadium here in Melbourne. If the AFL want to have game/games in the NT why not consider having the the teams who are not going to play finals, play each other for the NT cup? This gives the bottom sides something to play for whilst the the teams in the eight prepare for finals.

Wish we could have a training ground like Methodon has? Having an indoor training base would be good for those 40 plus degree summer days. I think the site where they are planning to build is alright for a casual kick of the footy, but if we want a flag/s then we need to move into the 21st century.

Yes i agree with you, we have Dion Johnston who has been on our list for how long now? We have put time and money into him for what to be sitting in the seconds? Play him or let him go, we need a team that can win a flag not just beat the bottom sides. I know we have to turn over our list and replace others, but as Paul Roos said the age these kids that get drafted should be 21 to see how they can play. We know only too well how the Toumpas draft went. I just feel if you have kids sitting on your list such as Dion who has been at the club for years and not even played a game such a waste. The draft yes has to happen but it's not always going bring you a magic fix as our club learnt the hard way. I'm sorry if i said the wrong thing but people keep saying things such trade Hogan to fro or methcoke for picks 2 and 3, just makes think WTF, so you start again by using pic 2 and 3 and get mr magic or you use pick 2 and 3 and get one who goes to gws for the cash and one who can't even get on the field. Lets at least see if the kids such as Petty and Johnston might be just what we need to help the team before just of loading players for draft picks.
